May I place an order over the phone?

I don't have a credit credit, how do I order?
We accept money orders, personal checks, and Paypal for orders. Simply add the desired items to your cart as you normally would. Enter the Checkout, then enter your name and address in the appropriate spaces. At the end of the Checkout process, our system defaults to the Credit Card payment option, but you may click the drop down option box for 'Pay with Money Order' then click 'Place Order'. You will then be shown a confirmation page which contains your Order Number and mailing instructions where to send your check or money order. Paypal customers will be redirected to their Paypal account to authorize payment. We will ship your order once we have received our payment (personal checks require a waiting period for the check to clear).
Does Playing Cards and More sell to International customers?
Yes, we are pleased to do business with our international friends. We accept credit card payments for orders based on our established relationship with you, we reserve the right to require additional means of identification or advance cash payment if we deem it necessary for our protection. We also accept Bank Cheques, Cashier's Checks, and International Money Orders as payment. All checks must be payable in US Dollars. We will ship your order once we are satisfied your check has cleared the banking system.
Our prices DO NOT include any custom duties, import/export surcharges, nor taxes. The customer is solely responsible for payment of any and all such charges which may be necessary for you to receive your order. We will attempt to ship your order by the most dependable means; however, we cannot guarantee delivery once your order leaves the United States.
Does Playing Cards and More warranty the cards we sell?
Absolutely. If you purchase a deck of 100% plastic cards from Playing Cards and More, and a card becomes unusable due to tearing, chipping, or creasing through normal use within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace it free of charge. Simply return the damaged card to us, along with proof of purchase from Playing Cards and More, and we will send you a free replacement. Exposure to heat, misuse or abuse is not covered. For paper card products, the manufacturer's warranty (if any) applies. Note: US Playing Card Company (makers of KEM, Bicycle, Aviator, Hoyle, Maverick, & Bee brands) operates their own Guarantee program, here is a link: USPC Guarantee.
Does Playing Cards and More charge sales tax?
Playing Cards and More is registered in the state of New Mexico; therefore, we are required by law to charge New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax on all orders shipped to addresses within New Mexico. No sales tax is charged on orders shipped outside New Mexico.
