We will make every effort to process and ship your package within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you register with us during the checkout process, you will automatically receive an email confirmation at the time of shipment. If we encounter any problems processing your order, we will attempt to contact you by email.
USPS Priority Mail:
Unless you specify otherwise, this is our default method of shipping. Packages are delivered in an average of 2-3 business days to any destination in the United States, including P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses. Priority Mail packages are shipped with a Delivery Confirmation Number. This confirmation number is generally available on the evening of the delivery (or attempted delivery). The USPS delivery confirmation service is designed to be an affordable alternative to complete tracking services offered by other carriers; therefore, full tracking services are not available. Confirmation of delivery will be verified, and will serve as proof you received the package we sent you.
Priority Mail Flat Rate Box:
This is the best option for customers who are ordering a larger quantity of cards at one time. We can fit as many as 5 dozen paper cards, or 15 double decks of plastic cards in one box which will ship for one low rate regardless of the weight of the box. Priority Mail 2-3 day delivery service is provided. Occasionally, an order is too big to fit in a "flat-rate box". When this happens, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping method and cost accordingly, and we will attempt to give you the best value.

UPS Shipping Options:
We offer UPS Delivery Services if you prefer, and this may be the best option for heavy weight items (such as chips and tables). Charges for UPS service will be disclosed to you during the checkout process. Full Order Tracking will be provided upon request.
We routinely ship to our friends in the Military. During the checkout process, you should enter your address as a domestic address regardless of which base you are located in around the world. Priority mail will deliver your package to the primary Military Post Office in 2-3 days. From there, your package is under the control of the military postal system. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee timely delivery.
Please be advised that if a customer directs us to ship an order to an International address, the customer is solely responsible for payment of all custom duties and taxes. Playing Cards and More is not responsible for payment of any custom duties, nor taxes.
Every shipment we send out will contain a Delivery Confirmation Number. Once the carrier has provided us confirmation of delivery, we will consider this to be proof the package was delivered. If you wish to dispute the delivery of a package, you must file a claim with the carrier, not us. We will gladly provide you with the confirmation number upon request.
We are not responsible for lost shipments due to faulty or incomplete address information which you provide to us during the checkout process.
We will not accept merchandise returned to us without a Return Authorization Number (see Return Policy).
If you wish to return an item for a refund, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RNA) and instructions on how to return a product to us. We will not accept returns without an RNA, no exceptions. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice, and the product(s) must be unopened, unused, and suitable for resale. After we have inspected the product(s), and verified the conditions of our Return Policy have been met, we will issue a credit (less shipping charges & 10% re-stocking fee) in the same manner of payment you used to purchase the product. You will receive an email verification that the refund has been issued. Alternatively, you may elect to receive store credit for future purchases with Playing Cards and More.
You may exchange your product(s) for up to 30 days after purchase. All product exchanges must be accompanied by the original invoice, and be mailed (at customer expense) to us with a Return Authorization Number. The product(s) will be inspected upon our receipt. All exchanges must be returned to us in resalable condition, and all packaging materials must be undisturbed. Exchanges will not be issued if the product(s) shows signs of use. Exchanges will be made in a timely manner for items of equal or lesser value. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs in both directions.
At Playing Cards and More, we respect your privacy. We DO NOT SHARE, SELL, OR DISTRIBUTE your personal information to anyone, period. Playing Cards and More only uses customer information to: process and fulfill your order, to contact you regarding the status of your order, and to send an occasional update to promote special sales we may run from time to time. We will not overwhelm you with promotional emails, and you may 'opt out' at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in all communications.

There may be times when Playing Cards and More will be required to disclose personal information of a customer without their express consent. This may be necessary when:
A) we are required by law; or
B) we believe it is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against any party who may be causing or participating in fraudulent activity (intentionally or unintentionally) against Playing Cards and More.com, its Owners, affiliates, customers, or anyone else that may be harmed by such activities.
